Looped is run by Pettigrew Lab, which is a family operation, not a support department. One person reads this inbox and answers it, usually within a couple of days. Everything below ends at the same address.
pettigrewlabllc@gmail.comThe things people write in about
- Lost your invite link?
- Ask whoever sent it to you. They can open Looped, go to People, and send the same code again. Codes stay on their screen until somebody claims one, so nothing is lost. If they can't find it, anybody else with a spare invite can send you one instead.
- Your code says it's already been used?
- Somebody else claimed it first, or you claimed it yourself on another Google account. Ask for a fresh one. If you think you already joined, sign in with the Google account you used and you'll land straight in your week, no code needed.
- Can't see anybody's picks?
- Two things unlock a reveal. You have to have answered that week yourself, and the reveal has to have opened, which happens when the next question goes out, Sunday or Wednesday at 8:00 AM Eastern. If both are true and it is still empty, nobody you are connected to answered that one.
- Is somebody in Looped being a problem?
- Disconnect from them on your People screen, which is immediate and silent. Then write to pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com. Looped is small and invite-gated, so an account can be removed and the person who invited them can be told. That is the one advantage of a network this size.
- Want your account deleted?
- You can do it yourself: open your profile, scroll to "Deleting your account", and confirm. Everything goes immediately: profile, picks, saves, and connections. If you can't sign in anymore, write to pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com from the address on the account instead. One thing to know: picks others already saved keep the text they saved, without your name on it.
- Want the weekly email to stop?
- Every message has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it does not ask you to sign in first. One click and nothing else arrives. Turning it off does not close your account, and you can still open Looped any time. If you want one but not the other, both switches are on your profile.
